The project comprised an extension and modifications to an existing warehouse and distribution building for Alpla, the world’s largest manufacturer of plastic bottles. 

Structural strengthening of the existing frame and slabs was undertaken along with extensions to the dispatch and production areas. Additional loading bays were created and existing slabs re-graded to house production machinery. The works also included refurbishment of the existing welfare and office facilities, and external works.
