A design and build development comprising the construction of a portal framed, steel clad industrial warehouse unit.

Two electronically operated, section shutter loading doors lead to a reinforced concrete service yard.  The site was the subject of extensive ground improvements prior to construction of a total of 53,000 sq.ft of warehousing and office accommodation.
