This project involved the design and build of two and three storey offices over two phases. The development comprised four main buildings capable of subdivision. These were erected in phases around a central parking area which was attractively landscaped to provide a courtyard setting.
Supported by a structural frame, the external skin, buff facing
brick and artstone feature panels contrast with the grey
artificial slate roof tiles and silver grey syntha-pulvin
aluminium windows to create a contemporary appearance.
Internally, the offices feature double height entrance foyer with passenger lifts. The main office areas are open plan with full access raised floors and suspended ceilings, integrated low brightness Category 2 lighting and LPHW heating. The offices are currently home to RBS and Handelsbanken among others. |
