The De Vere Whites Hotel was a joint venture project between Bolton Wanderers Football Club and De Vere Group, with the aim of developing the first modern 4* hotel that is fully integrated into a football stadium. Hargreaves Contracting was appointed as the Main Contractor, on a design and build basis, to construct this unique hotel.  With 125 en-suite bedrooms, including 19 pitch view rooms and 6 penthouse suites, this is a modern venue with a difference.  The main body of the hotel is a steel frame extension, which contains 100 of the bedrooms along with the seven storey central atrium.  The remainder of the facilities were constructed wtihin the existing stadium concourse levels, beneath the terrace seating of the south stand. 

Facilities include a fine dining restaurant with views of the pitch, a brasserie, two bars and a leisure club which has a heated indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna and Jacuzzi along with a health spa and beauty salon.
