Iceland Frozen Foods

Hargreaves Contracting have recently been engaged on a national store roll-out programme for Iceland Foods Limited, following the purchase of a number of former Woolworths stores. 

This was a fast-track programme of building refurbishment and shop fitting.  The stores were stripped out and taken back to shell, then re-fitted to Iceland’s bespoke specification. 

Works included new shop fronts, new suspended ceilings, new flooring and decoration.  New mechanical and electrical services were also installed along with upgrades to the refrigeration units. 

General builders work included new kitchens and staff accommodation along with structural and roof repairs. Recently completed projects include Swafham, Morpeth and Hexham.
