On one of our own development sites the project involved the design and build of a two storey office block near Helmshore, of traditional construction comprising reconstituted stone in  cavity walls, under a traditional roof. 

The building included full comfort cooling, passenger lift and extensive external works.  The building was fully fitted out to the exacting requirements of our Client, a leader in specialist insurance claims handling. Wainscot panelling to executive areas and extensive IT infrastructure typified the attention to detail required of the scheme.
