This project involved the design and build of three and four storey offices This innovatively designed and striking building features a total envelope composite panel system, namely European Profiles ‘Formawall’ with Kawneer 500 series, integrated aluminium window system. 

A ‘Brise Soleil’ detail was added to the south and west elevations to enhance both comfort and appearance. The building is finished with curved profile aluminium standing seam roof using the ‘Kal-Zip’ system by Hoogovens.

The offices have fully accessible raised floors, suspended ceilings, occupancy sensing LG3 lighting and triple compartment floor outlet boxes and are the home to Keoghs one of the North West’s leading law practitioners.
