This project involved the total refurbishment of a former Primary School to provide a ‘Pupil Referral Unit’ for up to 50 primary age pupils.

The interior of the building was completely refurbished, including some re-modelling of areas, new service installations, new fixtures, fittings and finishes to create Six new classrooms.
Externally, the building envelope was completely refurbished with new doors and windows and a new roof.

A new vehicular entrance provides access to the newly formed car parking and external play areas.
