Europe’s largest new ‘super bakery’ extends to over 21,565 sq m including 2,000 sq m of offices. This cutting edge Bakery is capable of producing 2 million loaves and 500,000 packets of rolls per week. Extensive Ground stabilisation works and Earthworks were necessary prior to commencement of building. The traditionally constructed portal framed facility including extensive mezzanine floors, was made up of three keys areas:- Raw materials, Production and Despatch. |
