The new HQ building allows Willow Park to consolidate their disparate local offices into one central location providing a new bespoke and contemporary office for its 150 staff.
The building is constructed on the site of Willow Parks Cedars office on Poundswick land. It is designed as two 3 storey wings arranged in an 'L' shape, linked by a glazed atrium space which provides the main circulation within the building and provides a series of breakout / hub spaces on the upper floors.
The 'flagship' head office building has achieved a 'very good' BREEAM rating by virtue of its sustainable design features. |
