Hargreaves Contracting are proud to have completed this unique and individual city centre project to create a charming 48 bedroom luxury boutique hotel.
This complex scheme involved the conversion and restoration of a 120 year old, Grade II listed former cotton dyeing warehouse.
Original cast iron columns and timber floor beams have been carefully restored to their original state with additional timbers to match.
To add to the building’s unique features, this boutique hotel has been given a classic 1930s Shanghai opulence, inspired by the cultures of Japan, China, India and Thailand.
All the split-level bedrooms have been individually designed, featuring en-suite and lounge areas. |
