Kemp Heaton Avenue: Construction Begins!

We’re excited to commence on site at Kemp Heaton Avenue in Bury, bringing forward a £10.3m affordable housing development that will provide 43 homes for social rent, including supported living apartments and wheelchair-accessible bungalows.

Working for our valued client, Great Places Housing Group, with involvement from Homes England, and the GMCA Brownfield Housing Fund, this project demonstrates the impact that collaborative delivery can have on creating inclusive, high-quality housing for local communities.

It’s fantastic to see progress on site and to know that the homes we build will make a real difference for people and families in Bury. The Hargreaves Contracting team is proud to be contributing to a development that prioritises accessibility, sustainability, and community.
